I missed several calls from 601-501-4105 around the lunch hour. I called back to see who it was. Almost immediately a man answered and asked if I had missed a call from this number, I said yes and he said my name. He then proceeded to tell me that he was with Visa and that I was a preferred customer for using my card regularly (my card is a check card through my bank so I really didn't believe him). He then went on to tell me that I won a $200 card that I could use anywhere and said my address. I told him that that was not my address and immediately hung up. The number tried to call back again the next day, and I haven't heard from them since. But now I have a charge for $9.72 on my card under the name Secure Long Distance Com. I am on the do not call list so i'm not sure how they got my number or information. Is there anything that can be done so the charges can be reversed?
I have had 6015014105 call twice within the last hour, earlier 5124304404 called and 5087173215, They never leave a message but do not stop calling me, I told them last year to stop calling me, they are asking for my credit information for a gas card. 4 calls today from them, when does it stop! The guy I spoke to last time refused to give me his name.
