I've gotten a couple of calls from this number, haven't answered though. I never answer calls that I that aren't in my contacts list, I figure if it's important they'll leave a message. So far no messages from them. How do you report spam numbers?
I have been getting calls like this a lot recently and it is pissing me off. I wish I could reach though the phone and beat the crap out of the person on the other end. I have fallen for this before and had a couple grand stolen from me. Luckily, I got it back and I just hang up on any odd callers any more.

Requesting to be put on the National Do Not call list is not permanent at all. If you purchase a car, a new home, a boat, or give your number when buying a large tv from a department store, you are then taken off the list and are up for grabs.
So remember: Relist your number every couple of months. A hassle but well worth it
If you have an AMEX they have a great program for just $11 monthly you can access your credit at any time. May seem a high price but well worth it. It kept someone from trying to get a discover card in my name because anytime there is an inquiry they call you.
