They called and hung up. Also, to the post that they can call anytime they want .. Not true. That's true of debt collectors. I am one. However, there is a such thing as TCPA laws. They cannot call personal lines (cell phones), even if you have business with them. They can be fined.

Very very aggressive salesperson won't leave you alone until you give them payment info (without seeing any paperwork whatsoever). Talking bad about "Obamacare" and just kind of a crass old man.
Their domain has privacy turned on and the BBB doesn't have them listed as a business.
They are apparently reselling plans from Go Medico....
I also have an ad on craigslist, and a couple days later is when I started receiving calls from this number. I have not answered and came here to look up the number to see who it was. Now I'm wondering if they search craigslist and stuff online to get numbers to call. I even typed part of my number out instead of just putting numbers to help disguise it from scammers.
I missed a call from this number. I called back and received a high call volume recording from United Stated Prescription Card Department. The automated system is asking for your name and address so a no-cost private option prescription card can be mailed to you. No thanks!
