Who called from 6015016402

I got a call from 601-501-6402 on October 12 at 9:06 A.M. on my cell...I am on the NO CALL LIST...I just "ignore" the call...I don't answer if I don't recognize the number...I thought if you were on "no call" list, that these IDIOTS couldn't get through....

Also 3 rings and a hang up. I am on the do not call list, also. Doesn't seem to matter

This number has been calling my little girls phone for several days now, but she knows better than to answer numbers that she does not know. Today I have started receiving calls fromt the same number.
