Report the calls/texts to the FTC, the FBI and your state's Attorney General. Let the caller know that you have reported her and that you are forwarding all texts to the FBI as well as recording all calls she makes to you on the advice of your attorney (even if you don't have one) for multiple violations of the FDCPA. Every time she calls, you will have to tell her she's being recorded - scammers don't like when you record them.
Called me demanding to know something about a 3rd party. Also beware she is sending out emails from [email protected]. Skip tracing no doubt but if she knows so much about person in question, why not call them? Reported her to CA attorney general.
