Automated caller claims to be representative of your credit card company but does not provide their name. They claim they can reduce your interest rates. I suspect that they are trying to fraud the unwary consumer into disclosing their credit card info. I have reported the incident to national do not call registry as I do each and every time. Problem is that they use a different number each and every time they call. This is at least the 10th incident in the last 3 months.
This is a Credit Card Services scam operation. I was successful in getting the caller to call me back from a different number and thanks to some sleuthing was able to learn who is behind this scam.
