Who called from 6017345595

One more call from this number and I report it to the FCC.

This number called my cell phone. No message was left.

This number called me twice, no msg left so I bloqued it.

This number called me and said nothing when I answered it.  They hung up on me after about 5 seconds.  The caller ID said:  Bogue Chitto, Norfield, MS.   I tried to call it back and it said the number you have reached has been disconnected.  I'd like to now how these scammers are able to use numbers that are no longer in service.

NO ANSWER WHEN I ANSWERED THE PHONE....DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO THIS IS?
