No one here is a lawyer, and even if they were they could not advise you on legal matters, especially since we are unaware of which state you live in. The best advice I could give you is to consult a consumer lawyer. You may possibly have a cause of action against them but he would have to advise you on that. In the meantime though you could give us the name and address of the plaintiff, since you have the court papers in hand.
This number is used forcalling people threatening them with garnishment. The woman who calls is extremely rude and does not seem to understand that it is illegal to unnecessarily call people with threats of paycheck garnishment especially on first contact with the person she is calling.
She told me her name is faith smith, she is above rude and disrespect. She would not tell me where she call from. She said she would call my job. With in ten seconds she did. I just don't answer anymore.
Someone named Dee White called my desk phone, my personal phone and my work cell phone. She sounded very rude and disrespectful. She also did not say what the nature of the call was, only that she was going to need a call back from me. If she calls by job again she won't like what she'll hear from me.
Dee White. She was very rude and threatened wage garnishment from a hospital bill. When I stated that an attorney was dealing with the case she stated she would not be dealing with the attorney. She kept trying to get my debit card or checking account number for payment.
This Dee White threatned me a few months back with garnishment ----- i got served with papers today now the lady wont talk with me to make arrangements ..... As long as I pay something they cant go any further with court can they?
