No one here is a lawyer, and even if they were they could not advise you on legal matters, especially since we are unaware of which state you live in.  The best advice I could give you is to consult a consumer lawyer.  You may possibly have a cause of action against them but he would have to advise you on that.  In the meantime though you could give us the name and address of the plaintiff, since you have the court papers in hand.

I am the plaintiff just FYI if they call you may want to pay legit agency with MS and use well known attorney to sue people on medical bills no law against that, like i say i owe the bill should have paid collections instead of attorney though!!

post proof or retract.  if you got served, then post the name of the person/company suing you, what they are suing you for and court information.  if you can't do that then STFU and FO&HAND

You are the plaintiff?  So what is the name and address of your company, and who are you taking to court?  Was that a Freudian slip there, since you are supposed to be the distressed person who is getting sued, but you just admitted that you are not that person but the criminal who works or runs this scumbag collection agency and is allegedly suing other people.  Another claim that I sincerely doubt since most debt collectors are scared little children mentally and would be terrified of going in front of a judge and possibly ending up in jail for the crimes they regularly commit.

Another site showed this company to be ARS.  They are located in Mississippi.  Advanced Recovery Systems. Apparently they do go to court if you are in Mississippi.  (My condolences if you actually live in that God-forsaken place) If you're outside that state, I figure they simply rely on stupid threats.
