Called @ 14:22 CDT Today ( 2016-08-04) & rang only once. CALLER ID "DOCTORS GROUP".
Suspect it's another one of these fake insurance scams or in that order to steal your identity.

Per Verify Phone _com "No Records Found For 601-882-0264"  this mean it's a SPOOFED/FAKE NUMBER!
