I received a similar call from a woman with the same name saying she was from Massachusetts ... is this a scam for sure? I have not returned her call ... have you found anything out ?
I got a call from this number from a Steven Malcom whom said I had a serious legal matter and that i need to call him back immediately and gave me a case number, he also called my work place and left a message asking for my supervisor saying he didn't want my workplace to be disturbed. He did not give me a company's name. I called the number back and got a voicemail saying the person at extension 7006 is unavailable. Mind you that i have already gotten a call a few months back stating i owed a payday loan and that I was going to be served papers if i don't pay a payday loan which I had paid years back but they insisted my check didn't clear so to keep from making matters worse I paid and the guy at the time said he would have his secretary email me a copy of the case after several attempts on my part and also saying I would report him and his company with the phone number, message and email addresses i had from them they sent me something that I know after i had paid out over $300.00 that I had been scammed, NEVER AGAIN! So whoever Malcom is I will have an attorney call back and handle this for me.
