Your local phone company (for landline) will add a block to your line. You can enter up to 60 numbers. For cell, use Legal Call Blocker app, or similar. On my smartphone, I have a "Do not disturd" (no one not on my list can ring thru), and Legal call blocker.
11/7/15 4:20 PM CDT called home phone we don't answer they left no message. Thank you Sam I'm sure you are right. Only calls we get are scammers that leave no messages.
Answered, no response. I called the number back and got a recording that the number was disconnected or no longer in service. How the F*ck can a disconnected number call me but not be reachable for return calls.
