I received the same call. The FTC prohibits prerecorded telemarketing calls without the consumers EXPRESS written and signed consent. Moreover, it's a violation of FTC rules not to provide a mechanism for placing one's number on the company's do not call list during that same call. The FTC's rules regarding this have been in effect since 2008. Today, the FCC adopted similar rules that expand this even to intrastate telemarketing calls. I don't know what y'all do, but I pursue telemarketers who break the rules, taking them to court if necessary. I've made $3000 doing so.
I just ordered a Digitone Call Blocker...If it works as advertised, this number as well as a lot of others will never ring on my phone again!!!! Will block up to 80 numbers!!!! Pretty pricey but if it works as advertised it will be worth every penny

Got the same call a few min ago but didnt answer it. Googled # to see if others getting calls from #. I had ordered a book 2 weeks ago re: Women's Health. On the phone now to company to return it with full refund, and as usual, have been on hold for at least 10+ min. I have plenty of time to wait, retired, they'll definitely know I'm unhappy, and to remove me from call list if it's them that's calling and if it's not them and they've sold my info to another company,......next call will be to FTC. TIred of all the [***].
This number called around 10am. The caller ID said "Thank You". A man asked for my husband by the name he goes by, not even by his legal name. I said he wasn't home, they asked if I was his wife. Not wanting to be bothered and unsure who they were or what they wanted, I said no and asked if they could leave a message. The caller said it was a courtesy call and they'd try again later.
