We receive this call almost daily. Not totally sure, but I heard that it may be associated with information you provide to subscribe to a magazine via the Girl Scouts.
This was a new caller leslie chavez ID did not know who she was, left no message. I am sooo upset with these calls, I get these calls 3-4 times a day, I am on the National No Call list, and for some reason it seems that these callers just don't care about who is on the no call list.,
I do not answer my phone any longer, if I know the person that is calling, I will answer.
I find these calls a form of harrassment and I can't seem to know what to do about it, I have called for National No Call and complained , with no avail,
Is there some one out there that can give me ( and all the above the answer ) to why and how our phones numbers are given to anyone
Thank you, Reba! This makes total sense. I ordered a book from Rodale, and I believe once you have initiated contact with any company, they can contact you carte blanche--regardless of whether you're on the national do not call list. Guess I'll be making up a bogus phone number from now on. You know -- 555-1234. Just like in the movies. ;-)
I have a great phone that allows me to block calls I don't want. It's Panasonic model #KX-TGA931T purchased from Costco. It's great!
