I do believe it is eBay. I sold some iPods that were lagit, and about 6 people said that they weren't, they also said that the shipping took longer than expected. Wrong! Read the f'n ad people! It specifically stated that it could take up to 10 days or longer to receive your item. They took over $750 from my paypal account because of it, now I'm screwed! I'm not paying them.

I, too, have gotten absolutely NOWHERE with these "IC Systems" "people" even with being POLITE!!!!!!! I just got called again, and HUNG UP ON immediately upon answering. I then called them back, and a female voice on the other end was slurring her speech so horribly bad that I could barely understand her-- and she was apparently speaking some kind of ENGLISH!!!!!! She then immediately began reading a "Debt Collection Script" and YELLED OVER THE TOP OF ME when I politely said I would like to DISCUSS the amount owed!!!!! She continued to scream over the top of me, so I had no choice but to yell some choice words and hang up!!!!! I've worked in customer service for OVER 20 YEARS, in various capacities, and I, too, like others here, am DISGUSTED with-- PayPal, eBay, and now everyone/anyone associated with either of them! I received the same DESPICABLE TREATMENT from eBay and PayPal to begin with, and there were COUNTLESS fees and charges on my Selling account which were BLATANTLY WRONG!!!! Both PayPal and eBay have SCREWED ME OVER TOO MANY TIMES TO COUNT, and I too have STOPPED using them and DEFINITELY DO ***NOT*** recommend either of them to ANYONE!!!!!!! During the past year I have complained countless times to eBay and PayPal, politely, via phone, email and their ridiculous "satisfaction surveys" and my concerns are always UNANSWERED. There has GOT to be a PUBLIC investigative report of some kind done-- such as 20/20 Television segment, or other televised investigation. During these terrible economic times, execs and "managers" of low-life companies such as eBay and PayPal are PRAYING on anyone they can-- especially those who CANNOT AFFORD to lose money or any form of economic security!!!!!!!!! I'm sure they especially like praying on those Sellers who have GOOD CREDIT, as it is typically easy for those with decent credit to "pay up and shut up" to avoid having the questionable charges and fees end up hurting their credit. To eBay, PayPal and "IC Systems:" YOU ARE MISERABLE LEECHES WHO RANK RIGHT UP THERE WITH Enron, Tyco, Worldcom, AIG and WAMU, and COUNTLESS, COUNTLESS OTHER DESPICABLE "Companies." I really wish I didn't have to be "nice" here. I think I'd rather have my entire palate and upper jaw rearranged, and my malignant tumor REMOVED AGAIN, rather than deal with SCUM like you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are far worse than any cancer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is Paypal's debt collector. Anyone whose account was frozen with no response from Paypal should check regularly for any class action suits against Paypal. Paypal has a history of freezing accounts and has setteled at least 2 class actions one brought by California States Attorney for this behavior. You wont get all of your money back but you may get some. Please see aboutpaypal.org for more info. Meanwhile, save the # to your address book or phone, then change the ringtone to "silent". You wont even hear the ring then.
This is one of the million different numbers that IC System creditor uses. It can be a collection for many different companies so it does not matter who you have a debt with, they are a standard collection agency that uses many different numbers to harass people consistently with over and over all day long.
Another victim of Paypal here. But I guess I got them, too. I sold a designer handbag on ebay for $850.00. When I received payment, I immediately bought another one using the Paypal funds. Well, 2 weeks later, buyer tells me she thinks my bag is fake!!!! (definately was NOT, but I believe she had buyer's remorse) Anyway, Paypal refunded her and attempted to take that money out (which was already spent) so my account is now negative $850.00. I did get my original bag back, but decided since Paypal chose to believe the lying buyer, THEY can pay her. But I do appreciate them buying me my nice new Gucci bag....lol!!!
