Keeps calling my cell number.

They call me from these numbers about 3 times a day 2 months now, but I have never answered! Actually I am from Europe and I study here and the only calls I answer is from my parents there, so I do not really care. I have my phone in silent mode and I do not even see when they call (I see it only on the call provider's site!).

I have a debt of about 180$ in ebay, which I am not intended to pay since there was no significant note that I have to pay Ebay if my items did not sell, and I do NOT like ''small letters'' in agreements.

So let them calling, i do not even see it! They must have been really pissed of for not answering about 200 calls from them!

They call from different states and under different brand names of collectors (IC systems, Boise ID etc)

PS: I forgot to mention i do not have even a SSN, so they can not harm any of my future credits too! :)

READ THIS: I am filing a lawsuit against IC Systems. I have been looking into the banking foreclosure scam and in doing so I am very familiar with UCC and FDCPA. If they have been contacting you prior to 9 AM its a violation of FDCPA and you can file suit for harassment. If any one would like to get a copy of this suit contact me either 856-697-9500 or [email protected]. There are other things that they are violating.

How to file a cease and desist to them. I have gotten calls from these guys for the past month 4 unknown numbers, 603-589-7207, 602-716-5339, 480-457-3922, and a few from ID and MN. I would like these guys to not call me at 7 am -5 GMT when I am at work.

its eBay. They left me a voice message: "Hey, What's Going On? You don't know what the word [***], or the word [***] mean".
