Called but didn't leave any message. Its a cell phone out of MItchell, SD. They don't bother to leave messages but continue to call repeatedly and if we answer they hang up. Have reported the number to no avail. Cell is through Wireless carrier Level 3 Communications, never heard of them before however could be a secondary private company who offers various carrier services. Not sure if they are prank calls or telemarketer since its coming from a cell phone.
