I seriously thought I was the only one getting these calls because the google the phone number and company that they supposedly represent, I couldn't find anything. After I spoke to the "George" he "supposedly" transfers me to a female which she was really rude.. Telling me that I would go to jail if I didn't pay today (yesterday). I can't believe these ppl would have this type of job.. Calling and harassing people. Wtf is this wrong coming to??? Smh!
Person with thick accent calls and says he's from an attorney office and I have criminal charges against me. When I ask him what they are he tells me to have my attorney call call again they hang up and wont tell me another scam
I have the same problem he. says i have a payday loan and i fraudently. and that they won't let me have any paper work plus i never received the money cause i went to the bank and that company says i owe them 8,404.00 but won't give me any other info other then threats me there putting me in jail plus i can solve the problem bye paying 542.00 today
I just receive a phone call from someone from John and Martin legal associate. That I had to pay $180 or else I will go to jail tomorrow. The phone number is (606) 259-0539. Scared the crap of me. I told her that I reported her to the FTC and said they are scammers and she said give me 24hrs and u will be behind bars.. Wtf??
Got acall from a ben evans from john & martin legal associates. Saying I had a fraudulant payday loan from American cash in Kentucky. When I told them the police do not get involved in civil matters they got upset and told me then go jail then and hung up.
