OMG caller from 606-259-4052 AND 513-273-7427, using both numbers, called asking for VP of IT by name. When I told her his voice mail box was full and offered to take a message, she said to put her to his voice mail. I repeated the mail box was full, she again said to put her to his voice mail, I told her a 3rd time I couldn't, the mail box was full, she AGAIN said to put her to the mail box, SHE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND. I had to be firm and say no.
I recognize her voice as someone who frequently calls for people never employed at my business. And always argues about it. She called again 19 minutes later. Hung up on me.
Woman with accent and very bad connection wanted an employee, who works at another location, regarding a webinar invite. I explained that invitations must be sent via standard mail and sent her to the IT / Purchasing line. She returned immediately but with 253-245-3160 appearing on Caller ID (see my entry for that 800notes page). She demanded to speak with her intended target and got the same result.
