OMG caller from 606-259-4052 AND 513-273-7427, using both numbers, called asking for VP of IT by name. When I told her his voice mail box was full and offered to take a message, she said to put her to his voice mail. I repeated the mail box was full, she again said to put her to his voice mail, I told her a 3rd time I couldn't, the mail box was full, she AGAIN said to put her to the mail box, SHE DOES NOT UNDERSTAND. I had to be firm and say no.
Thanks to all who posted here; confirms my reason for screening all calls. I received four calls yesterday from three numbers: 606.259.4052, 408.520.9388, and 530.603.1918. I didn't answer any of those, but found this other thread describing similar activity: http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-530-603-1918.

Called at 2:00 AM and 2:05 AM, didn't bother to answer either time but found from my phone system they both came through my work number and routed to my cell phone. You'd think they would realize where they were calling and 2 AM is not an optimal time...
