they probably are in jail. NYS hires them in prison to handle work for the DMV. Maybe they are calling you instead.

I read all above, I keep getting so many calls from this number 607 203 0518.  It is SCAM!!! .I read on another web site about the same number " One person said that they want donation for a woman for a mammogram that she can not afford for $ 75.00.  That is a red flag there. Any professional fund raiser that calls I do not trust. They will ask you for your PIN number or credit card number. Do not give them the information. Chances are they are SCAM !!!.

Got a recording from Time Warner about a set top box as they will no longer be broadcasting a digital signal directly to tv. As I am cutting the cord with them...I will not be getting their newest money scheme.
