Also, the message said that they are going to have National Express Courier deliver sealed documents to me.  I have no idea who they represent

He stated that he was calling from the fraud department

They've called me as well never stating who they were. Saying "hold on let me get your file" then mentioned an attorney... still never giving any info as to whom they were. These ppl are very persistent.
