this is the same as the "rachel" calls but now uses "heather."  caller i.d. said "binhamton, ny" and the telephone number but no name.  various reverse directories come up empty.

Received a call from this number, answered believing it to be a recruiter; they hung up immediately upon answering.

unsolicited call to lower my interest rates.  no institutional information was given but said they were from MY lending institution

Got the same call; answered; generic robo-message regarding my credit card and wanting to know if I wanted to lower my rate.  I hung up before it referred me to a human.

they called  no message left. have unlisted unpublished number. thought it was regarding an elderly family member that is very ill. I HATE THESE  TELEMARKETERS
there needs to be a law about this
