did then got a busy signal

I am looking for employment and thought it may have been a missed call.
Since there wasn't a voicemail, I 'googled' the number and found this site.
I filed a complaint on the donotcall.gov website.

National do not call lists are only available from new telemarketers from getting your number and calling. If a telemarketing company has your number or if you get calls from the same marketer as before its because they already have your number and can still call from other landline numbers but same company

Received a call from this number on my cell phone but they left no mseeage. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. Doesn't sound legit.

I got call also. No message but id stated it was coming from NY. I have not tried to call but everyone's response is interesting!
