Received same call today with a recorded message to lower credit card interest rate to as low as 6.9%. I pressed 1 and told man with India accent to remove my number and he repeated over and over again NO NO NO and hung up.
Gotten calls from this number and no message. Heard they ask if you want to lower your credit card rates, I don't have any credit cards. I'm also on the do not call registry, guess that doesn't work since I've been getting stupid phone calls like this for a while. I also don't give my number out but I'm also looking for a job, so my resume is posted in a couple of places since nowadays you can only apply online. Wonder if these idiots are getting phone numbers that way, probably.
