Every now and then, we will receive a call from 607-203-5517. This is strange since we have placed our phones on the DONOTCALL list. But when the caller calls, we never answer a call from a number we do not regonize; yet they never leave a message either! This is wasting our personal cell phone minutes and time. Thank you
