Called but didn't leave a message

First got a call on my cell phone.  Left a msg: "hello this is Sheila from Sun America"... which I promptly deleted.  Not but two minutes later called the landline but did not leave a msg.  I have told them before on the landline to stop calling!#!

Calls me often.
I picked up today and made fart noises into the phone, he did it back.
I left the phone on my desk until he gave up.

Has called non stop
Blocked and still getting through??

Got a call from this number on a Saturday about 10:00 in the morning.  I pretended to speak in a foreign laguage and they got so frustrated they hung up.  HA!  I just made up the words, so even I don't know what I said!
