Same thing for me too....I know the co wouldn't call us.....they are forbidden to call us 1st...I do know I saw a site on facebook to see a notice...& it was up on my screen to call a certain number...Instead I ran my trouble site & nothing was wrong with it. I know the FBI reported it as a scam last year....to newspapers in our area.
I received the same call. The Indian guy on the line told me he was from the Windows IT Department and that he could fix my computer. I told him that I did not have any problems on my system but he said that they detected the problems and could fix them before I was impacted. I said OK, lets begin!! He started to tell me that I needed to load a code into my system, but I stopped him and said that it would be better if we started by him sticking his dick in his mothers [***] while she sucked off his village elephant. He was not happy and hung up.
getting calls from NY on my cell phone. number is 607-223-5232 regarding my personal computer. when I requested my number be put on the "do not call list", he replied no and hung up on me. When I called the number back and requested that again, he said no and hung up again. I called again and demanded my number be put on their "do not call list". the man said, "what is wrong with you [***]"? "I will cut off your [***] lip".
Don't you love being verbally harassed on your OWN phone. When I demanded the caller put me on the "do not call list", he said no and hung up. I called back and requested it again. his response, "what is wrong with you b$%#h"? I will cut off your fkn tongue". Are you kidding me....?? The person I spoke to had broken English as well, but for cutting off my lip. He was very clear on that!
