Doubt this is actually NYSEG.  Most likely it's one of the alternative electric/gas companies.

They called twice, left no message. Time to block.

They called and left a message, agree with above, it's likely one of the other electric companies trying to get you to call to then convince you to switch. creepy tactic, don't call them back.

Rcvd call saying call NYSEG about supply charges, and to call this number. It's not a NYsEG number
