Received same email from NCS as well as I keep getting emails from ACS also. They both are also calling me. Always a man with a heavy Middle Eastern accent. I asked to speak with a supervisor who clearly spoke English so I could understand & I swear the same male came back on. Once he even stated he's from the Sheriff's office. For the past 4 yrs they try this every year around this time. I have over a 100 of their phone numbers blocked & keep adding new numbers as well as their email addresses in a "scam" folder. I was worried when this 1st happened 4 yrs ago & I would call or email to get more information but they can never give more specifics other than my name, email, full social, phone number, email, mail address, & threats. I had looked into applying for a payday loan but I never went through with accepting one as the interest rates were ridiculously high at about 350%. Instead, I decided to get a 2nd part time job for a couple of months to have extra income. I wish I had found this site 800-notes back then! I never would have even blinked an eye at loan sites!
I too got this email. They had tried to collect from me before but would not provide any information to validate the so called loan. I told them I will nto pay you anything until I got exact dates and amounts and accounts from them. they claimed it was too late. this was two years ago. they just started emailing me again, this is the second one I have received form them. I did have payday loans but not with them never heard of them.
Just received the exact same email (it came in on my spam folder). Same person, Matt Williams. I'll bet if you talk to this Matt he will sound Pakistani or Indian, not American. Some Indian guy calls my phone also. I keep asking for documentation on what they are trying to collect and they just hang up. Why can't they get an honest job? They have been trying to collect money from me for at least 3 years now. Will they never stop?
