It's Card Services Robo call. Do not answer. If you ask to be removed from their list. They hang up on you. And keep calling. If you press 3 for no further calls. They still call you any way
They want to lower my interest rate but I always pay off my credit cards in full every month so why would I want a lower interest rate you morons? The DNC list is a joke and is a waste of time.
Do put the blame where it really lay's, with the criminals and illegal telemarketers.
The DNC works just fine. It is for telemarketers only and honest business does indeed abide by it. It is the criminals (which includes illegal telemarketers), frauds and scammers that do not. However, the Fed. DNC does not cover some survey's, Political or Charities. You would need to check your states DNC laws to see if these are under your states DNC laws. The fact remains that they are not automatic call blockers though and can not protect you from the calls that are criminal, illegal or fraudulent.
Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.
Yes I get these all the time. I got one yesterday morning, and this morning, I do hit 1 and tell them to stop calling...I ask them which cc they are talking about, and how much I owe....lol..of course they fake their way through it, and come up with any amount possible....they are such scam artists, and of course they are all foreign people making the calls.
These callers are Thieves and Scammers.
They refuse to follow the Rules of legit telemarketers...and ignore the DNC list, Rules, and Regulations.
The State should take Responsibility, and go after the cell phone providers..and fine them severely on a Daily basis.
Suspend whatever prepaid monies are associated with the phone numbers..and Prevent them from continuing these Daily Harassing Calls, Day and night.
These cell phone companies instantly know these phones are being misused top due to the high number of calls dialed on a hourly basis.
