Just received a all from this number. Foreign guy stated I had been ignoring their calls. Said he was calling from Microsoft about my computer that was really infected and about to die. I thanked him for informing me mid-sentence and hung up. Caller Id said New York. I usually don't answer unrecognizable numbers, but was curious today. Bad move.
The caller appeared to be yawning and finally said "Hello, Ali?" I have been receiving many calls from various numbers asking for "Ali Khan." I've started reporting all of them to the National Do Not Call Registry.
Ask my daughter if she was interested in Funds for Education. When she said no...and asked to be removed from the call list...he said "You will listen to what I have to say or I will Kill you" We called the police and reported it!
I told the man that called me to take me off the list and to STOP calling. The second day he called, he said if i didn't take the "free info about me education" that he was going to KILL ME!!!!
Who does that!! I don't understand how people get away with thing like this. You would think the FBI or New York police would be getting involved. I tracked the number back to New York but thats as far as I got.
