Just received a all from this number. Foreign guy stated I had been ignoring their calls. Said he was calling from Microsoft about my computer that was really infected and about to die. I thanked him for informing me mid-sentence and hung up. Caller Id said New York. I usually don't answer unrecognizable numbers, but was curious today. Bad move.
I got another call from the same guy that has been calling me daily for the last week. Instead of being rude today, I let him speak, but then I asked him the name of the company....it was education ambassadors. He said his name was john, he is indian, yea right. Then when I asked him where he was located he didn't answer that. He just said he wanted to give me some info, I said no thank you. Then he said take care bye and hung up. So random since yesterday he said he was going to KILL ME!
I have been getting calls all week about being approved for an auto loan--I at first was hung up on, then let them speak and was still cussed out-he said he was so bored with me because I asked to many questions-he told me go to hell. Yep-same here buddy!
I have received three calls today on my cell. Our govt. is wanting to give me $7000plus for paying my taxes on time. 1st call 303-442-9290, Colorado pay phone, He tries to sound Indian w/ a lot of noise in the background. 2nd call 607-271-9593, New York pay phone, Same guy? Sounds like him & same story. 3rd call 975-910-6127, Kansas City, Missouri, Same dude - same story What in the hell is going on? How can this dude do this and not get caught?
Education ambassadors has been calling me just about every month at the same time for the last YEAR. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, that I am not interested. First I asked politely, now I occasionally drop the f-bomb. I have asked to speak to a manager. They hung up. I have asked if I can call them back (so I can get the phone number). They hung up. One time when I asked them to stop f***ing calling me, they answered "No! We will keep f***ing calling you!" Their number shows up blocked, so I should ignore it, but other people I know, including my mom, call me with blocked numbers. They just called again, a guy named Jimmy and, as always, had a Mid-Eastern accent.
Elderly lady in Switzerland got calls from this and two similar numbers in the early mornings last week; three days in a row. Caller spoke apparently German - she does not - and was mumbling something about computers.
