they  are called bank of america  he say his name is Eric gardon  i  fill out a loan on line and he called me back  and told me i need to put down 100.00  and go to walgreens to get a  green dot moneypak card so i did that  so i did  what he ask and then in 20 mins he call back and say i need a other 110.00  i told him i did not have a other 110.00  and ask for my money back  and he told me he would and never sent it back to me he  scam ppl

Its a scam! Its also illegal period to ask for money up front on a loan.  Green dot cards are another red flag as they can not be traced.  

** Note the federal sites, ftc,fcc & dnc are down until when ever they go back to work.. so it may be awhile before you can file complaints with them.

Please do file reports with the FBI, your state attorney general and Department Of Justice,FTC & FCC..

They called called me say they were going to give me a loan for 2000 but first i had to put 170 dollers on a green dot card so i did then all pf a suddon i got busy signels on the line untill the next day when tbey called me back caliming to need 250 more dollers because my credit scores were to low i hung up on them but im out 170 dollars and my compleate id

$170 is the price you're paying for being a complete idiot.

The scammer may try to use the ID you gave him to steal your identity and spend your money or make trouble in your name.  You may be able to limit the damage if you do like this article says.
