Recorded msg today saying this is the last time they would try to contact me (I only hope) and that I had to appear before a federal magistrate. Obvious scam.
Robo call message left on machine. Caller ID read same number as above and was told to call same number back today. If I don't was threatened with having to appear before majistrate. Didn't say who they were or who they were calling for. Did say it was last attempt to contact. I can only hope. I had a fake IRS call earlier today from a man with a thick foreign accent. He demanded a return call today to a different phone number and threatened lawsuit and arrest if not completed. Obviously a scam.

Remember, the government doesn't make these kind of phone calls.
If you had that kind of legal action being held against you, you would have received lots of paper in the mail and/or personally delivered.
The real purpose of the call is to try to get you to give them money out of fear that you will be sent to jail, or failing that, to get personal information so they can use it for identity theft
