Never over the phone, they mailing me a bill/ invoice.

Guess i won't mail them a check.

he calls asking for my name but he hung up saying wrong number

1st call early Saturday morning 8:30 am, I did not answer it.  Called back Monday at 3:30 pm I still did not answer it.  I did a callback to the number and there's some type of recording can't make it out as my hearing is not good.

They called at 7:04 pm on March 13, 2013 but did not lv a message.  If, as stated, they call to supposedly raise money for police benefit for kids, then they should be investigated by someone from law enforcement.
