This phone # has been calling for some time know. The person siad there name is James Heart, and he did not sound like a real debt collector at all. Didnt speak clearly and was hessitent on the voice mail he left.

these people called my home after 8 PM pacific time and expected me to pay for a bill that I do not have or ever had.
