I received a call this morning with a very accusatory person named Katie about a subscription that I never order that has been turned over to a collection agency. I told her that I had never ordered, nor received, anything from Progressive Business Reports. She said that they had certified phone records and confirmed mail delivery to the company address. I have requested copies of these along with an invoice that I never received. I will be reporting them to the BBB and to the FTC as well
BIG SCAM! They con you into receiving their 'FREE' publications - then hound the heck out of you when the freebies are done because you didn't cancel in time. LOL! Good luck bozo's! Our company isn't paying you a dime and now that the front desk has 'your number' you're not getting through to anyone (folks, NEVER [***] the 'Gate Keeper' - she's sweet as pie - until you try to pull one over on her - I'd hate to be on International Credit Recovery's end of the phone line).
