I got several calls yesterday from this number. They did manage to con me out of some cash, but I was unable to pay anywhere close to the full amount they wanted. I was told to return a call this morning, but no one answers or returns the call. I have spoken with the local police and am now keeping a log of all contact/information exchange associated with this number.
Just received call from man with accent said his name was Dexter Cruz.. said I was going to be arrested tonight because I was a criminal.. would not state reason.. very rude.
Yes I received a call froms number based out of New York today threatning that I need too pay over 3000.00 and I would be prosecuted today.He gave me address and asked if I had any dependents and said I was being sued.Never heard from these people a day in life and advise him don't know who xavier.he is and Ive never been to jail for anything in my life and never comitted any fraud in my life his name was
These people have too much time on their hands. They threaten you with a lawsuit but they cannot tell you anything about it. They are foreigners and use a different name everytime they call. They will give you a lawyers name to call, They must have run out of money and have to start harrassing people again. If they ever catch these idiots, i hope they put yhem under the jail.
I got the same call as someone said I had a lawsuit against me and that a summons would be served tomorrow. He asked for my lawyer's name and then asked if I knew about the law suit I told him no. He asked if I had any dependents and that's when I ended the call. I am reporting them to thae state's attorney's office and the BBB.
