This number calls my house AT LEAST 3 times a day. I am SO sick of it!! I am on the DO NOT CALL Registry and still manage to get these annoying calls! They are rude AND sneaky. The man on the phone said "Peter?" and I told him that he had the wrong number & that they were calling my house 3-4 times a day & then he proceeded with his spiel of "maybe you can help me" in which I tried to cut him off to say I couldn't but he just kept talking! If you call someone's house constantly when you weren't given the number by that person, do you really think that person is going to give to your charity? You have done nothing but annoy the hell out of us and insist on being rude so you're not getting a cent from me!
A young male voice asked for me by first name. I asked "Who is this?" twice and dude hung up. RUDE. If they want my money, they gotta quit calling after I've gone to bed.
Its a scam folks. New York Vietnam Vets Association? I told the rude jerk on the phone that I had a Charity as well and would he like to donate? Its called POOR NYS Residents Association. He hung up. Because we have fools that believe these charities are real they give, If we all tell them to [***] off they would stop these scams. 99% of these calls are scams. Trust no one on the phone. This is America 2013. every other person is a crook.
