I got a call from this number- no message left, but the caller ID said: "Service Call". Except we haven't had anything in need of "service" for there to be a call.

Caller was a younger sounding female - indicating my car needed service and my warranty was past due.

Caller ID came up as Janesville, WI.  Do not know anyone in Janesville.  Did not answer, no message left.  I'm sure it's a SCAM.  Nice about my phone, I can block these callers.
