Have your parents or guardians print out a copy of this thread and take it to a local police station. This could be some sort of child abuse. Police may not be able to do much, but they can inform the community and the media.
Told me that they were looking for my attorney information. They claimed that their client, loanswire.com, had fulfilled a loan application in August 2012 for $500 and deposited in my TD Bank account and from my address in PA. I mentioned that the account was closed in 2009 and I havent lived at that address since 2010. They insisted their information wasnt incorrect and multiple attempts have been made to collect the debt but failed and that they're going to pursue legal matters in court.
I'm considering this a scam because after talking to TD Bank, once the account has been closed there is no way to deposit money, it simply wont work.
Since they talked to you, they are now required to do this, failing that you have been contacted by criminals pretending to be debt collectors;
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

Did you read my post? Did they send that letter out and did you get it and did it say everything that it was supposed to? Did they send by by mail delivered by a real USPS employee? Did you go to the CFPB link and read and learn what you need to know? If you didn't then you really, really need to because there is no way any company would be called what you put down there.
