Recieved a call from this number 6082991479( Wisc. phone number) each time i ask who it is I get a different name. however this time when he asked for my husband I got a call back 515-462-8727. Reverse look up shows Iowa Landline.
We have been getting callls ever since my wife once gave to his charity claims to be some kind of firefighter charity. Today I told him no extra money avalable due to back surgery bills all he could do is argue why I should give. We now only give to local charitys this guy was a real jerk.
I had all kinds of questions like how much goes to firefighters and how much does he collect as a chrity collecter. Every question I ask started a new argument. Called Information in Maqdison WI. they had no information on number could have been a cell phone. sound very phony to me
Calls everyday at different times. Even into weekend. Leaves no message and caller id lists unavailable. Our household does not know any one in the 608 area code so therefore we will not answer. We are on the no call list and keep it updated so this must be someone who knowingly violates that list.
Called this evening and asked for my wife by name. I asked who is calling, and he said Jim Nelson. I asked, "Who are you with, Jim?" and he hung up instantly. We have experienced a guy just like Art Douglass mentions in his post, but I don't know if it is the same number. Will answer a bit less cordially next time, I guess.
