They do not identify who they are calling only state they have complaint are from debt company, must hear from you or your legal counsel today otherwise proceed with charges against you. NO Way they can do this because they Do Not say who they are looking for, what the debt is. Block the number! Called me the other day aaying something about a complaint filed against me i must call them back blah blah blah i don't see anything in the mail i dont pay i jusr don't pay people over the phone. If anyone knows who these yahoos are let me know. Im not really to worried about it.
Someone called me saying that there was a complaint filed against me from 2012 and if i didnt pay i would be sent to jail blah blah blah. Dont answer them or call them back. Phishing scam! Didnt even say what company they were calling from.

Have received a phone call every day for a week. Today they finally left a message. Said they're from Debt Consultants Division, but not what company. Didn't say who they were looking for, just they needed a call back. If I don't call back, they'll note my file and send for processing.
