Received a call/voicemail from this number. They do not identify who they are calling only state they have complaint are from debt company, must hear from you or your legal counsel today otherwise proceed with charges against you. NO Way they can do this because they Do Not say who they are looking for, what the debt is. Block the number! More bottom feeding low life scum looking to bilk innocent people of their hard earned money
Received a call from this company (Consultant Affairs) to call back with my attorney name or they would be filing criminal charges. I did call back and spoke with Michelle Williams. She claimed that I had used an internet site to reload a credit card for $500 back in 09/2013 using my company and bank account as collateral. When they tried to collect, they found the bank account had been closed so they then supposedly sent me letters I never received. First off, the bank account number they had was closed as well as the business in 2010. But what was really scary was they had my full name, my SS#, my email address, my home address and my old company name. She said that the statute of limitations had run out so they were now pursuing criminal charges of malicious fraud, intent to fraud and bank wire fraud. She gave me the IP address used to obtain the loan and the company name of Aloanswire.com I think I need an attorney and intend to call one in the morning. There is no way that I would ever go online and get a loan, but how did they get all of my info? Really stressed out now.
