Got a call from this number just now. Picked up, heard hiss like it was an old-fashioned long-distance call, then what sounded like a phone company message for voice mail time-out "Good bye" and a disconnect.
411.com says that this isn't a valid number. Exchanges beginning with 0 or 1 are usually not real phone numbers. Thus the number is almost certainly spoofed, and the call may have been to validate phone numbers for an autodial system.
