Yes, there are alot of ways you can accidentally give someone permission to call you even if you are on the list. Your creditors can call you. Charities, even fake ones, can call you. Politicians can call you. Polsters can call you.
PPS...For any and all...the National Do Not Call Registry has to be updated every year and there are a million ways that you are legally allowing yourself to be called. Something as simple as applying for a Walgreen's card has fine print about allowing solicitation. I know I don't agree with it either.
