I get these phone calls usually latter in the afternoon, female/male recordings vary regarding student loans or a personal matter.
I am a retired police chief and I do not have any un paid debt or student loans. Phising for sure, bogus calls.
Good Lord would you STOP calling! All I get is a dumb recorded message of a woman rattling off numbers then she says thank you. It's a blocked number but it still records the voicemail. Why?!?!?! All day long!!!!
