I file a complaint at the do not call agency. I ask the agency if these people would talk if a small child answers phone.   if I give them more to think about, then maybe something will be done. I gave the agency the phone numbers, so they should be able to track these people down.

A phone number is not enough information to track them down.
You need to provide names and addresses as well as the specific complaint(s).

The phone number may be for a "throwaway phone", or faked.

Call but no response. I called the number and it said not in service
