Malicious sounding call talking about reinforcement from the govt. Hung up to come here and check.

Fake threatening call from "US Treasury agent",  phishing spam call.  Block it or delete it, don't believe it.

Did a Reverse phone lookup: Private VOIP line
Camden, NJ 08105. I doubt it's the US Treasury.  Called my home line, which is new, barely 3 weeks old.
